A very warm welcome to South Indian Folklore blog. This is maintained by Prof. P. Subbachary who is presently working as Professor and Chairman in the Department of Folklore and Tribal Studies, and former Dean of Academic Affairs at Dravidian University, Andhra Pradesh, INDIA. This Blog Would act as a forum for Indian Folklorists Researchers Folk Artists and Performers where they can interact with each other. It is also intended to Publish intellectual papers on  Indian Folklore in general and South Indian in particular. Papers are invited not only from Indian Folklore researchers but also scholars working on Indian Folklore from any other country. In addition to scholarly publications this blog forum would help scholars working in collection of material finding answers to queries.
